ORDER & PICKUP POLICIES

Ordering :

We release a new selection of handmade desserts every week. Always fresh, always in limited stock due to the nature of our handmade production. Each week brings something new—always fresh, always limited in stock.

Small orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients and adequate preparation time.

For larger orders, we require a notice period of at least 5 to 7 days, depending on the complexity and volume of the order. The exact timeline will be confirmed after we review your request.

In some cases, we may accept orders with shorter notice, subject to availability and an additional fee for production adjustments. Please contact us to check availability.

Payment & Confirmation :

Orders must be placed in advance through our website. Orders are only considered confirmed once we have received the corresponding payment or the agreed-upon deposit.

You will receive an order confirmation via email with pickup details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that has not been directly confirmed with our team.

Cancellation & Refunds :

Due to the small-batch nature of our desserts, all sales are final—we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or modifications once an order is placed.

If you cannot pick up your order, you may arrange for someone else to collect it on your behalf.

Freshness & Quality :

Our desserts are made with high-quality ingredients and no preservatives. We recommend enjoying them fresh for the best experience.

To maintain the freshness, flavor, and quality of our high-quality ingredients, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Keep products refrigerated at 4 - 6 °C (39 - 43 °F) and consume them within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or excessive humidity.

  • Once delivered, the products become the customer's responsibility, so handle them with care.

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our products are prepared in an environment that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.

Our products are intended solely for personal consumption. Reselling or using them for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written authorization.

RETURN POLICY


Due to the artisanal and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to our production.

If there is an issue with your order, or if it does not match what was requested, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can assess the case and offer a solution (replacement, partial refund, or credit).

  • Small orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

  • Large or custom orders must be canceled at least 5 days in advance. Otherwise, a refund will not be possible due to the time and resources invested.

  • Orders that are not picked up at the agreed time and date are non-refundable.

All our products are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring high preparation standards.
