As creator and pastry chef graduated from Culinary Arts in Uruguay, Dahiana moved to Miami couple of years ago. Now, she’s pursuing her deep passion for bringing her favorites artisanal pastry —free from preservatives, artificial colors and flavors— to Miami’s tables.

She has always seen cooking as more than simply meals, but as all the beautiful things that surround it —the carefully planning of a menu, cooking with intention and noble ingredients, setting a nice table, and enjoying the time spent around it with family and friends.

With DULCEMÍA, she wants to bring us closer to a more minimalist cooking that focuses only on what truly matters. Delicious artisanal treats that make us enjoy at home.
